FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to endoscopic surgery, colorectal surgery, oncology, and can be used for endoscopic removal of colon neoplasms. Endoscopic loop is placed on the neoplasm pedicle. Loop is tightened using the cutting mode to a uniform circular dissection of the mucous membrane. Loop grip is released. In the mode of soft coagulation the submucosal layer is heated, then the walls of the blood vessel are heated. Further, the cutting mode is used repeatedly with intersection of the neoplasm pedicle tissues.
EFFECT: method provides reduction of intraoperative and postoperative complications, including probability of intraoperative bleeding, reduction of electric injury, allows to reduce duration of surgical intervention, to preserve acceptable quality of surgical preparation due to alternate dissection of tissues of base of removed new growth in mode of cutting and soft coagulation.
