FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair, diagnostics and check of serviceability of gas engines in repair shops of medium and large motor transport enterprises. Universal test bench for cold and hot running-in of gas engines contains an internal combustion engine installed on the platform. Test bench comprises an electronic engine control unit removed from a vehicle chassis, a loading device shaft, a control panel with a personal computer, process cassette with two gas cylinders, by means of flexible hose connected to low pressure fuel line of gas engine, and fan for imitation of incoming air flow.

EFFECT: invention enables to perform a complete cycle of post-repair tests of gas engines, which reduces downtime of equipment in the repair area.
