FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a microorganism producing L-lysine, characterized in that said microorganism has a point mutation of the polynucleotide coding the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 3, leading to the substitution of glutamic acid at position 170 of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 3 for lysine, and/or polynucleotide coding amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 63, leading to a methionine substitution at position 162 of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 63 on threonine. Also disclosed is a polynucleotide having an effect on the ability of said microorganism to produce L-lysine, protein having an effect on the ability of said microorganism to produce L-lysine, a recombinant expression vector containing said polynucleotide, a recombinant microorganism for producing L-lysine, containing said polynucleotide, as well as a method for producing L-lysine.
EFFECT: invention provides high production of L-lysine.
