SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a nucleotide for the enzymatic production of L-threonine, containing a nucleotide sequence formed as a result of a mutation consisting of the replacement of guanine (G) with adenine (A) at the 82nd base of the coding sequence of the wild-type kdtA gene, presented in SEQ ID NO: 1. Also the following is proposed: a recombinant protein for the enzymatic production of L-threonine, encoded by the specified nucleotide, a vector containing the specified nucleotide, a recombinant bacterium containing the specified nucleotide, their use for the enzymatic production of L-threonine, as well as a method of constructing the specified recombinant bacterium.

EFFECT: invention ensures the production of L-threonine in high concentration.
