FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a protein for use in production of L-glutamic acid. Said protein is characterized by that it contains the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 4. In addition, the present invention also provides a nucleic acid molecule coding said protein, a recombinant microorganism containing such a molecule, and method of its construction, use of nucleic acid for production of L-glutamic acid, as well as method of increasing production of L-glutamic acid and method of its production.
EFFECT: present invention provides enhanced ability of bacteria to produce L-glutamic acid.
