FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a protein variant that has L-tyrosine-exporting activity, in which the 79th amino acid from the N-terminus in the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 52 is replaced by alanine or glycine. Also the following is proposed: a polynucleotide encoding the specified protein, and a microorganism for producing L-tyrosine, containing one or more of (1)–(3):(1) the said protein; (2) a polynucleotide encoding it; and (3) a vector containing the polynucleotide. A method of obtaining L-tyrosine using the specified microorganism is also proposed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively obtain L-tyrosine.
