FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, rheumatology and clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for diagnostics of systemic manifestations of primary osteoarthrosis at early stages. Whole venous blood is sampled from a peripheral vein. Blood serum is obtained and the concentration of interleukin “ИЛ-10” in it is determined by immunoassay, by immunoturbidimetry – the level of C4 component of complement, in samples of whole venous blood by flow cytometry – concentration of cells carrying T-cytotoxic cell differentiation markers CD3+CD8+. Coefficient of systemic manifestations of osteoarthrosis is estimated by formula: FormaOA = 0.005*(CD3+CD8+) – 0.266*C4 – 0.544*”ИЛ-10”. If the obtained value of FormaOA is less than or equal to -11.12, the presence of synovitis in a combination with structural changes of the subchondral bone is stated. If FormaOA is more than -11.12 and less than or equal to -9.59, there is no synovitis in the presence of structural changes of the subchondral bone. If FormaOA is more than -9.59 and less than or equal to -8.01, the presence of synovitis in the absence of signs of structural changes of the subchondral bone. If FormaOA is more than -8.01, there are no synovitis and structural changes of subchondral bone.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of increasing the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosing systemic manifestations of primary osteoarthrosis of the knee joint, based on which the presence or absence of synovitis and structural changes of the subchondral bone is detected, as well as their combination, which are key signs of early manifestations of the disease, which is often asymptomatic, by determining the ratio of the most informative quantitative variables reflecting systemic changes in the quantitative composition of peripheral blood lymphocytes, components of the cytokine regulation system of blood serum, proteins of the complement system.
