SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recombinant plasmid pFM-FliC_syn, coding expression of Salmonella flagellin (FliC) protein, to a recombinant strain Escherichia coli FM-FliC_syn-producer of recombinant FliC and to a method of producing a recombinant flagellin protein and can be used as an adjuvant for vaccines. Recombinant strain of bacteria E. coli FM-FliC_syn is obtained by transformation of cells of the strain E. coli BL21 with recombinant plasmid DNA pFM-FliC_syn. Recombinant plasmid DNA pFM-FliC_syn, size 4244 bp, codes Salmonella flagellin (FliC) protein synthesis under control of lactose and tryptophan promoter and rrnBT1T2 transcription terminator and contains as a genetic marker a synthetic gene kanR, which determines kanamycin resistance.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain recombinant flagellin protein Salmonella (FliC) with high output and using a simplified technology.
