FIELD: metal working.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in processes of loading and unloading of processed parts on process equipment. Method includes installation and fixation of part in locating element, installation of cam chuck with threaded split bushing opposite to part, rotation of the chuck with the above bushing and their supply to the base element, detachment of the part in the base element, centering of the part in the chuck, fixation of the part in the chuck and withdrawal of the chuck. At the moment of contact of the bushing with the part, its movement is interrupted, and then resumed when the thread starts of the part and the bushing are combined, while screwing the bushing onto the thread of the part, after which rotation and movement of the chuck with the bushing is stopped. Centering and fixation of the part in the chuck is carried out by pressing its cams on the bushing.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to improve the quality of the part processing.
