METHOD FOR STIMULATING WOUND HEALING Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B17/00 A61K38/39 A61K31/7105 A61P17/02

Abstract RU 2831963 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and surgery, and can be used for wound healing stimulation. Method involves using a combined extracellular collagen matrix made of two components – collagen gel and a sheet form. After cleansing the wound from necrotic masses and the appearance of fresh granulation tissue, 1-2 mm thick collagen gel consisting of a matrix impregnated with dioxomethyl tetrahydropyrimidine in dosage of 0.5-1 g is applied on the wound. Size of the sheet form of the matrix depends on the area of the wound surface; the size of the sheet form of the matrix is exactly the same as the size of the wound. Dressing is changed not earlier than in 72 hours.

EFFECT: using the invention enables creating the optimal conditions for stimulating the healing of wounds of any localization, shape and size, accelerating the repair processes in the wound and reducing the injury of the formed granulation tissue.
