FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is cooled grate (1) as part of a grate for an installation for heat treatment of wastes, in which the grates are arranged in steps one above the other and are made so that to transfer and move the burnt material by means of translational movements carried out relative to each other, during combustion, comprising housing (3) of the element made in the form of a cast part and comprising upper wall (5), forming outer support surface (7) for waste treatment, at least partially extending parallel to longitudinal axis (L) of element housing (1), plane cavity for receiving the cooling fluid, located directly under support surface (7) and on the upper side is limited by upper wall (5), from the end side, by front wall (15), from the lower side, by the bottom, from the rear side, by the rear wall, and from the side, by side walls (6), wherein the bottom is at least partially formed by a lower plate, a fluid supply conduit and a fluid discharge conduit connected to the cavity, at least one deflecting element located in the cavity for deviation of the cooling fluid medium in the cavity from the supply pipeline for the fluid medium to the discharge pipeline for the fluid medium and a distribution element located in the end area of the cavity for distribution of the fluid medium supplied to the cavity through the fluid supply pipeline.
EFFECT: invention increases cooling capacity of the grate.
