SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the device, first of all, to the rotation machine for manufacture of the plastic containers by the blowing molding, and to the device for application on the internal walls of the manufactured by the blowing molding plastic container of the coating in the form of the barrier layer. The technical result of the stated group of the inventions is provision of the permanently high level quality of the manufactured plastic containers and the increased productivity of the equipment at the expense of usage of the rotation scheme machine. The invention also describes the device, first of all - the rotation machine for manufacture of the plastic containers by the blowing molding, which contains at least one distribution block with the mixing chamber inside it. The mixing chamber is connected with the cavity of the workpiece and due to that forms together with the cavity of the workpiece - the combustion chamber. The stated device also contains the device for feeding into the combustion chamber of the explosive fluid medium and the device of ignition of the explosive fluid medium in the combustion chamber made with the possibility of connection of the distribution block directly with the workpiece or the ready container. The invention also presents the device for application on the internal walls of the manufactured by the blowing molding plastic container of the coating in the form of the barrier layer non-permeable for the gases, aromatizers and the other similar substances. The stated device contains the mold for the blowing molding, which is connected with the feeding pipelines supplied with the valve control for their opening and closure and used for feeding of the gas into the mold cavity. The feeding pipelines end in the mixing chamber inside the distribution block. The mixing chamber in its turn is connected with the cavity of the container. One of the feeding pipelines is connected to the disperser. In the mixing chamber there is the tool of ignition intended for ignition of the sputtered in the form of the mist and-or the intermixed fluid mediums present in the mixing chamber and in the manufactured container.
EFFECT: the group of the inventions ensures the permanently high level quality of the manufactured plastic containers and the increased productivity of the equipment at the expense of usage of the rotation scheme machine.
