FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to a radiation monitoring system both in forestry and in other environmental objects. Developed method is intended for automatic accumulation and long-term storage of results of spectrometric analysis of the content of radionuclides in environmental samples with reference to the description of the area in which samples were taken. Disclosed method can create both one and a plurality of independent digital information systems for collecting data on the content of radionuclides in the environment. Method involves operation with spectrometric equipment regardless of the number of instruments and their location. For long-term storage of information on samples and content of radionuclides in them, cloud data storage technologies are used. Method ensures storage of primary information at all stages of radiation research, including field data and results of spectrometric measurements of radionuclides in samples. Method makes it possible to conduct remote monitoring of ionizing radiation spectrometers, automatically create backup copies of program configurations of devices, as well as to create common databases of content of radionuclides in environmental objects. Method makes it possible to organize settings of remote user access to accumulated information in accordance with its access rights, which protects private user data from third-party access.
EFFECT: creation of a single information system for radiation examination, capable of combining multiple results on radiation contamination of the environment.
