FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in construction of sea ice-resistant stationary platforms for oil and gas production. Sea stationary ice-resistant platform foundation module consists of a set of unified units connected to each other in the form of a truncated pyramid both by connecting devices and by means of welding, wherein the size of the unified block is determined depending on the stability angle α, the length of the side of each underlying layer of the pyramid of the foundation module (FM) is greater than the side of the overlying layer by a certain and constant value of the layer length increment ΔL, which at the same height of layers is calculated by the formula ΔL=(2*H*tgα)/n. Width of the unified block depends on the installation of the unified blocks in the layers of the foundation module and is equal to the value of the layer length increment ΔL or half the value of the layer length increment ΔL/2.
EFFECT: use of unified blocks will make it possible to significantly simplify the FM manufacturing technology, to accelerate the FM construction and, as a result, to significantly reduce the costs for the oil and gas deposit development; in addition, facilitating transportation of unified FM components to installation site; since the dimensions and the external structure of the blocks are the same, the structures of the elements for orientation of the blocks relative to each other will also be the same when assembling the FM and devices for fastening the blocks; blocks can be connected to each other both by means of connecting devices, which enable to disassemble FM into parts, and by means of welding.
