FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for surgical treatment of acute keratoconus. That is ensured by blood sampling from the patient. Collected blood is centrifuged in a double syringe ACP for 5 minutes at 1,500 rpm. Then thrombocyte-rich supernatant plasma is collected into an internal syringe and twisted from the main syringe. Further, a paracentesis is formed at 12 o'clock with width of 1.0-1.2 mm. Anterior chamber is emptied from the intraocular fluid and 0.2-0.3 ml of the produced autoplasma is introduced into the anterior chamber through the formed paracentesis using a syringe with a cannula. Thereafter, the patient is placed face down for 1-1.5 hours.
EFFECT: invention provides accelerated oedema resorption, reduced risk of inflammatory reaction, as well as restoration of corneal transparency and improved visual functions of the patient.
