FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surveying monitoring of structures and is used to monitor development of defects and damages in building structures. Essence of the disclosed method consists in the fact that after installation of the photo camera, a range finder measures two distances: the first one – between the photographing point and the scale mark, the second one – between the photographing point and the crack location section. Then the damage zone is photographed, the numerical value of the correction factor is determined to correct the scale of the survey, the value of the denominator of the scale of the photograph is determined on the section of measuring parameters of the crack. Then, parameters of the crack are measured in the plane of the image and its actual size is determined; multiple measurement of parameters of the crack is carried out without changing the camera and keeping the position of the optical axis during repeated measurements. At the same time adjacent measurement cycles are compared and dynamics of development of cracks in time is determined.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of surveying of buildings and structures.
