FIELD: radioelectronic devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of transmitting-receiving modules (TRM) of the microwave frequency range. Receiving-transmitting module of active phased antenna array of microwave frequency range contains transmitting and receiving channels, including circulator, analogue-to-digital converter, programmable logic integrated circuit, phase shifter and attenuator, directional coupler with matched load and detector diode, wherein the transmitting channel includes an output power amplifier, a power preamplifier, and the receiving channel includes a protective device, a low-noise amplifier and a matching amplifier. Analogue-to-digital converter is built into a programmable logic integrated circuit having fifteen data inputs/outputs. Channels additionally include a second circulator, and each channel has a microwave switch with a matched load, the programmable logic integrated circuit has fifteen data inputs and outputs, a recording and synchronization strobe; an analogue-to-digital converter having four inputs is built into the circuit.

EFFECT: possibility of adjusting operating modes and gain of the transmitting channel, determining the level of output power of the transmitting channel and the level of input power of the receiving channel, calibrating the receiving microwave path by the value of the gain.
