SUBSTANCE: transceiver module of an active phased antenna array of the microwave frequency range, containing a microwave switch for two positions "reception/transmission", to the "input" contact of which a switch is connected, while in the "transmission" position a transmitting channel is connected to the switch, including the input of the transmitting channel, a directional coupler, a power control system, an output power amplifier, a power preamplifier, a phase shifter with a control circuit, a matching amplifier, a directional coupler, and in the "receive" position, a receiving channel is connected to the switch, including the input of the receiving channel, a directional coupler, a microwave switch, a low-noise amplifier, a matching amplifier, a protective device, an attenuator with control circuit, a matching amplifier, a receive channel output.

EFFECT: possibility of APAA operation in two frequency ranges, checking operability of APAA receiving channels in real time without the possibility of being detected, increasing reliability of APAA and eliminating the influence of ambient temperature on the main output electrical parameters of the transceiver module.
