FIELD: radio engineering; electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronic devices, specifically to design of transmit-receive modules of active phased antenna arrays of microwave range. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the transmit-receive module of the active phased array of the microwave range additionally contains at the input of each channel a directional coupler of power, and at the output a directional power coupler connected to the power control system, wherein output of each channel is connected to its input through microwave switch, transmitting channel comprises n-bit step attenuator and additional n-bit step attenuator having one control circuit, wherein input of n-bit step attenuator is connected to output of n-bit stepwise phase shifter, and output to input of additional n-bit step attenuator, output of which is connected to input of matching amplifier, output of which is connected to input of preliminary amplifier.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining coordinates of a target.
