FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to haematology, and can be used for diagnostics of sepsis in patients with hemoblastosis with accompanying thrombocytopenia. To detect coagulation disorders in patient’s blood, values of international normalized ratio are determined, values are determined by SOFA scale. SOFA score is calculated, wherein the thrombocyte count in the SOFA scale is replaced with an international normalized ratio of less than 1.2: 0 points, from 1.21 to 1.27: 1 point, from 1.28 to 1.42: 2 points, from 1.43 to 1.99: 3 points, more than 2.0: 4 points. If the SOFA score is 2 or more, sepsis is diagnosed based on the INR values.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of increasing the accuracy of assessing coagulation disorders in diagnosing sepsis in the patients with hemoblastosis with concomitant thrombocytopenia by scoring coagulation disorders based on the INR values.
