METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS OF DIC SYNDROME IN PATIENTS WITH HEMOBLASTOSIS WITH CONCOMITANT THROMBOCYTOPENIA Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G01N33/68 G01N33/574 G01N33/86

Abstract RU 2769490 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hematology, and can be used to diagnose DIC syndrome in patients with hemoblastosis with concomitant thrombocytopenia. To diagnose an obvious DIC syndrome, in addition to having 5 or more points on the DIC (ISTH) scale, the level of syndecan-1 in the blood serum is assessed, an increase of which by more than 5.5 ng/ml confirms the diagnosis and requires the appointment of pathogenetic therapy.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose DIC syndrome in patients with hemoblastosis with concomitant thrombocytopenia, which makes it possible to increase the accuracy of predicting the development of this critical condition by confirming the presence of DIC syndrome in patients with concomitant thrombocytopenia using an additional laboratory criterion: determining the concentration of syndecan-1 in peripheral blood serum.
