SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics, namely to a tablet and a drug preparation, methods for preparing them and a kit. Disclosed are: a tablet to be impregnated with an active pharmaceutical ingredient, wherein the tablet contains a monosaccharide and/or disaccharide and a water-insoluble polymer, wherein the monosaccharide and/or disaccharide contains D-mannitol δ-forms; as well as a method of producing said tablet, which includes a mixing step comprising mixing a monosaccharide and/or disaccharide and a water-insoluble polymer with a solvent to obtain a mixture, and a tableting step comprising tableting a mixture, where the monosaccharide and/or disaccharide contains D-mannitol δ-forms. Disclosed is a method of producing a drug preparation, which involves a step for impregnating said tablet with an active pharmaceutical ingredient. Also disclosed are: a drug preparation comprising said tablet, which is impregnated with an active pharmaceutical ingredient; drug preparation comprising said tablet and an active pharmaceutical ingredient present in the tablet, wherein the active pharmaceutical ingredient is unevenly present in the tablet; and a kit, which can be used to produce a drug preparation in a place where it will actually be used, which contains said tablet and an active pharmaceutical ingredient.
EFFECT: combination of the above components of the tablet provides an excellent ability of the tablet to retain active pharmaceutical ingredients.
