FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods of cleaning oil, oil products and gas condensate from sulphur-containing compounds, including hydrogen sulphide and volatile methyl- and ethyl mercaptans, using acrylonitrile and compounds based thereon.
EFFECT: proposed method of removing sulphur compounds enables to efficiently purify oil, oil products and gas condensate using available reagents, which prevents corrosion of pipelines and equipment, increases purity of hydrocarbon products and reduces risk of personnel poisoning with sulphur-containing gases in production.
