FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics and can be used for treating pathological conditions associated with diabetes. Presented is a pharmaceutical composition for treating a pathological condition associated with diabetes, containing: 4.2 mM insulin derivative representing human insulin A14E, B16H, B25H, B29K ((N)ε-eicosandioyl-γGlu-[2-{2-[2-(2-aminoethoxy)ethoxy]acetylamino}ethoxy)ethoxy]acetyl)), desB30; 0.49 mM of Semaglutide; 1.5 wt./wt.% of glycerol; 60 mM of phenol; 0 or 10 mM of m-cresol; 2.2 ± 0.2 moles of zinc ions per six moles of said insulin derivative; 20 mM of sodium chloride and having a pH value of 7.4. Also disclosed is use of said pharmaceutical composition for treating or relieving a disease, disorder or condition associated with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperglycaemia, dyslipidaemia, obesity or metabolic syndrome.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing the degree of formation of oligomers at the injection site and increasing the stability of the insulin composition.
