SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel stable hexameric complex containing six molecules of human insulin where residue Pro at position B28 is substituted for residues Asp, Lys, Leu, Val or Ala and Lys in position B29 is Lys or substituted Pro; or des (B28-B30) of human insulin; or des (B27) of human insulin; two zinc ions and at least three molecules of phenol derivatives taken among the group involving m-cresol, phenol or mixture of m-cresol and phenol. Complex is monomeric analog of human insulin and it is the hexameric complex induced by zinc-phenol. Complex shows rapid absorption and good stability with respect to chemical degradation.
