FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to chemical industry, namely to production of carbamide, and can be used to obtain a granulated product in a fluidized bed. Invention relates to a method of producing carbamide granules, which includes the following stages: a) granulation in a fluidized bed of carbamide melt to obtain carbamide granules; b) distribution of granules into fractions with production of granules of fine, selective and large; c) cooling large granules after step b); d) grinding coarse granules after step c) to obtain fine granules; e) directing fine granules after steps b) and d) to step a); and f) cooling the selected granules after step b). Method includes, before step b), step g) of cooling the granules in a fluidized bed cooler having two sections by means of an air flow. At that, the air flow is first supplied to the second section, after which it is directed to the first section, and the granules are first fed into the first section, after which they are sent to the second section. Invention also relates to an apparatus for implementing this method.

EFFECT: improved environmental friendliness and efficiency of the process of producing carbamide granules in a fluidized bed, increased operational reliability of the equipment.
