FIELD: confectionery and pharmaceutical industries, particularly, production of sweets containing biologically active additives. SUBSTANCE: composition for production of chewing sweets contains sugar, treacle, gelling agent, citric acid and biologically active additives. Olefin is used as biologically active additive. Composition ingredients has the following ratio, mas. %: treacle, 35-45; gelling agent, 17-21; citric acid, 0.9-1.2; olefin, 0.45-0.55; sugar, the balance. As biologically active additive, composition additionally contains ascorbic acid in amount of 0.08-0.11 mas.% and low-molecular exometabolites Escherichia coli M-7, 0.45-0.55 mas.%.
