FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing material based on cryogel of polyvinyl alcohol and hydroxyapatite. Described is a method of producing material based on cryogel of polyvinyl alcohol and hydroxyapatite, characterized by fact that 15 wt.% aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol is prepared, equivalent amounts of solid calcium oxide and concentrated orthophosphoric acid are added while stirring to obtain material with hydroxyapatite content of 4-10 wt.% and stirring suspension until neutral pH is achieved, one-time freezing-thawing cycle is carried out, wherein freezing is carried out to minus 20 °C, and thawing is carried out to plus 20 °C with temperature change rate from 0.05 to 0.20°C/min.

EFFECT: formation of a given number of hydrogen bonds in the structure of the cryogel of polyvinyl alcohol filled with hydroxyapatite, which is estimated from a number of mechanical and physical parameters, without using cross-linking agents.
