FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely exoskeleton comprising a body section connected to a lower extremity section by a hip joint portion. Lower extremity section includes a femoral portion connected to a knee portion connected to a shin portion. Femoral portion includes an upper thigh part comprising a groove in which a connecting part of the hip joint section is installed with possibility of movement and fixation therein, lower thigh part containing a groove, in which a connecting part of the knee portion is installed with possibility of movement and fixation in it, connected to each other with possibility of changing and fixing the distance between them. Knee portion includes two parts connected to each other, which provide the possibility of bending the knee portion, one of which is connected with possibility of rotation to the connecting part of the knee portion, and the other is connected with possibility of rotation to the connecting part of the shin portion. Shin portion includes an upper shin portion containing a groove in which the shin part connecting part is installed with the possibility of movement and fixation in it, which is connected by means of a shock absorber to the lower shin portion connected to the foot support element. Hip joint section includes a lumbar portion connecting the torso section to the waist portion, including waist attachments installed with possibility of movement along the waist portion, each of which is pivotally connected to a connecting part of a waist part of an extremity connected to a connecting part of a hip joint section of an extremity. Trunk section comprises two vertebral columns, each including a flexible rod, on which vertebrae and intervertebral spacers are installed with alternation, and is configured to be connected to a section of the shoulder girdle, which is made in the form of a rigid frame including left and right shoulder holders.
