FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soft multi-mode exoskeleton. The exoskeleton contains an inner layer made with the possibility of adhering to the body of the user, presented in the form of a flexible suit, made with the possibility of being worn on a part of the user's body. The exoskeleton has a power layer with elastic elements connected to a flexible suit, on top of which there is an outer protective layer. The flexible suit, made with the possibility of adhering to the user's body, is made in the form of a continuous shell without breaks and with the possibility of covering the user's body from the level of the eighth rib to the tips of the toes. In a flexible suit, built-in corrugations are placed in the places of bending of the joints, and the elastic elements of the power layer are made, each, in the form of a cable of variable stiffness. Six elastic elements of variable stiffness are placed on each hip and an ankle joint. The fastening of the elastic elements of the hip joint is located above the waist of the user, and the outer layer is made in the form of an elastic shell.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality, which, in particular, means an increase in the mobility of users during the use of the exoskeleton, an increase in the comfort of using the exoskeleton for the rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system for users with complete and partial loss of motor ability.
