SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for electronic nicotine delivery systems, which include aerosol delivery devices, such as smoking articles which create an aerosol. Aerosol delivery control system comprises an age verification system configured to verify the age of the user, an aerosol delivery device that provides the aerosol to the user, and a safety label attached to the control element of the aerosol delivery device and configured to prevent use of the aerosol delivery device until the safety label is unlocked and removed from the aerosol delivery device. Safety label is unlocked based on verification from the age verification system.
EFFECT: device or product is protected from unauthorized use.
