FIELD: construction; pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of pipelines and can be used for repair of underground pipelines from reinforced concrete rings with diameter from 800 to 1,200 mm. Method of reinforced concrete pipe reinforcement in case of misalignment between reinforced concrete rings includes installation of metal hoops with width from 50 to 150 mm and thickness from 8 to 12 mm to inner surface of reinforced concrete rings of reinforced concrete pipe. First metal ring is located so that its end part is located flush with the end part of the first reinforced concrete ring. Outer diameter of metal ring is selected equal to inner diameter of reinforced concrete ring. Then, similar method is used to mount the second metal ring to inner surface of the second reinforced concrete ring, in which coaxiality with respect to the first reinforced concrete ring is broken. After mounting, the first and second metal hoops are connected in places of their contact by welding. After that, cavities are determined on the outer side of reinforced concrete rings of the reinforced concrete pipe, which are formed by the soil failure; through holes are made in the reinforced concrete ring opposite the cavities and filled through the holes with an injection solution. Then the holes themselves are also filled with the injection solution. Through hole is made in the upper part of at least one reinforced concrete ring, into which a metal rod is mounted. Lower part of metal rod is fixed to inner wall of reinforced concrete ring, and upper part of metal rod is fixed on ground surface.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of reinforced concrete culvert.
