FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction works on road construction, namely, to water removal from the highway base by means of water discharge channels. Disclosed is method of performing works on replacement of existing pipe, in which old portals old pipes are dismantled on both sides. After that, there is crushed stone dumped under the old pipe foundation. Then, reinforcement of existing embankment slopes located on the side of dismantling of old pipe blocks is performed, then, reinforced concrete pillars are created, between which the estimated number of rectangular blocks of the new pipe is installed, leaving the free zone of removal of blocks of the old pipe. Further, the calculated number of rectangular blocks of the new pipe is set on the side of the installation area of units of the new pipe. Then anchor plates and metal cross-bars are installed from two external sides from installed units of new pipe. Thereafter, blind anchors are formed at the inlet, on the side of the assembly area of units of the new pipe, and at the outlet, after the installed units of the new pipe. Then 2 bundles of 12 strands are drawn through centering holes and clips and collets are fixed on blind anchors, wherein in the area of assembly of blocks of the new pipe, as well as in the area of dismantling of blocks of the old pipe, both bundles of strands are equipped with butt joints. After that jacks are installed. After that, operation is started to dismantle blocks of old pipe and assembly of new pipe units.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity and water passage capacity of the replaced pipe.
