SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to a device for sealing the end of a flexible tube, to a set comprising a device, as well as to a method for making a rolled end of a flexible tube. Proposed device comprises flexible tube support, piston assembly with flared cone end, sleeve around piston assembly outer side and actuators to displace piston assembly into flexible pipe and to displace sleeve over rolled end. During operation the flexible tube is placed in the tube support, and its end is placed over the conical end. When the tube is held in the preset position, the piston assembly moves into the tube, expanding the tube end with a bell. Then the sleeve continues to move forward, pushing the flared end back to obtain a rolled end. Device can put the bushing over the rolled end, fixing it in place, and can connect the bushing to the tube support.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a device which facilitates making a rolled end of the tube, as well as providing positioning and installation of a tube support and a sleeve on the tube.
