FIELD: navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety of navigation and departure from ships. In the information control system, a circle of positions and an area of dangerous approach for own ship are plotted. Forming an area of relative dangerous approach of the maneuvering object, constructing a sector of relative dangerous courses of the maneuvering vessel, in this sector, lines of relative motion are formed, which cross the area of relative dangerous approach of the object of maneuver, and the vectors of relative displacement corresponding to them. For each line, coordinates of entry and exit points of each line of relative movement from the area of relative dangerous approach of the maneuver object are determined. Relative time of entry and exit of own ship from area of relative dangerous approach of object of maneuver is calculated. Sectors of dangerous courses of maneuvering vessel are formed, and in them real areas of dangerous approach of vessels are formed.
EFFECT: improving the quality of information support of the navigator on the surface situation and the quality of ship control; solves the problem of safe departure from ships, higher safety of navigation.
