SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cognitive cleaning system comprising at least one processor configured to: formation of a first function based on assessment of the level of clogging and determination of characteristics of clogging of equipment; formation of a second function based on a cleaning recipe corresponding to determination of clogging characteristics and equipment; determining an intelligent schedule based on the first and second functions; and execution of the equipment cleaning process in accordance with the intelligent schedule.

EFFECT: method enables to efficiently remove any deposits which do not react to chemical reagents.
