SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I)

where R1 and R2 are independently -CO-NH-Y group, where Y is selected from linear or branched C1-C8 alkyl substituted with two to five hydroxyl groups; R3 is a linear or branched C4 alkyl substituted with a group -SO3H; R4 is a linear divalent C5 alkyl; R5 is selected from -CONH-; S is a spacer selected from -(CH2)p- and -NH(CH2CH2O)pCH2CH2-, where p is integer from 0 to 4; T is a target group selected from the group consisting of a small molecule, a protein, a peptide, a peptidomimetic and an antibody or fragment thereof; n is an integer equal to 3; and m is an integer equal to 0 or 1, as well as to a pharmaceutical diagnostic composition, a diagnostic kit and an intermediate compound of formula (II)
where R1, R2, R3, R4 and n are as defined in cl. 1, and R5' selected from -COOH, -CONH2, -COO-Pg and -CONH-Pg, where Pg is a protective group, such as a C1-2 alkyl group.
EFFECT: novel compounds are obtained, which can be used for determination and demarcation of a tumor boundary in directed surgery of an individual patient.
