Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition and applications of said compound and pharmaceutical composition.

EFFECT: disclosed compounds modify the effects of endogenous oestrogens acting through the ER, and/or trigger ER degradation, and can be used as agents for treating or preventing diseases or conditions, in which the action of oestrogens and/or oestrogen receptors is involved in the etiology or pathology of the disease or condition or contributes to the onset of at least one symptom of the disease or condition and in which such actions of oestrogen and/or oestrogen receptors are undesirable.
