SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to biotechnology and can be used in medicine and food industry. Disclosed is a modified receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulin IgE, the glycosylation profile of which is characterized by high content of sialic acid. Dimeric polypeptide according to the present invention provides strong binding and increased half-life, is also able to inhibit the release of mediators caused by binding to Fcγ-receptor on the surface of mast cells, which enables to minimize serious adverse allergic reactions, for example, anaphylaxis.

EFFECT: polypeptide dimer with high content of sialic acid according to the present invention can be successfully used for prevention or treatment of allergic diseases.
