FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceutics; it can be used for the treatment or prevention of an allergic disease. A composition for the treatment or prevention of an allergic disease contains, as active ingredients, probiotics and polypeptide having a capability of binding to IgE. At the same time, polypeptide having a capability of binding to IgE is polypeptide dimer containing two monomers, each of which contains an extracellular domain (FcεRIαECD) of an alpha subunit of Fc receptor of IgE, monomer contains a native or modified Fc region, and Fc region and FcεRIαECD are connected through a linker. A dietary functional food composition for mitigation or relief of an allergy symptom, a kit, and a method for the treatment or prevention of an allergic disease are also proposed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a synergetic effect of significant reduction in food allergy.
