FIELD: locking and sealing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shutoff-and-sealing devices (SSD) of single action and can be used for protection of anti-explosion protection device against unauthorized opening performed by means of purchase or home-made devices on internal mechanism of rope locking through gap between cable and hole in housing of closed automatic drilling machine. For protection in the locking and sealing device containing the body and the rope section, one end is rigidly fixed in the body of the shut-and-seal device. Free end of cable section in closed state of locking and sealing device is pulled through cavity made in housing and fixed against reverse drawing by means of a locking mechanism of a rope locking mechanism placed in the cavity of the housing, comprising a spring-loaded support element on the side of the outlet hole of the shut-and-seal device with movable installed in made in it seating areas fixing elements made in the form of balls or rollers. Surface of the support element facing the inlet of the stopping-filling device is made so that it has an inclination to the line coinciding with the longitudinal axis of the part of the rope from the inlet hole to the support element and that the angle between the cable portion aligned with the longitudinal axis from the inlet to the support member with the line and facing the inlet of the stopping-sealing device with the support element surface is not a perpendicular.

EFFECT: improved operational properties of the metal forming machine due to improved protection of the metal forming machine from indestructible opening by manipulation devices through a gap between the surface of the rope and the inner surface of the inlet of the shut-and-seal device.
