FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroerosion and electrolytic-plasma processing of current-conducting materials and can be used in aircraft, machine-building, instrument-making, oil, chemical, mining, metallurgical industries for piercing holes in a processed product of any profile complexity. Robotic device comprises a multi-axis manipulation robot with a spherical coordinate system and a module for electric erosion drilling of holes, which are electrically connected to a control unit. Around the robot there is a table for workpieces and processed articles and two modules – an ultrasonic cleaning module and a module for electrolytic-plasma processing of holes, which are electrically connected to the control unit and to the manipulation robot. Robot can move between three modules and is equipped with a gripper for fixing and transferring the product during processing.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device due to coordinated high-quality execution of three process operations on one piece of equipment.
