The installation for combined drying of beebread consists of a housing, a control unit, humidity and temperature sensors, guides for the tiered placement of baking trays, consisting of a frame with a bottom made of mesh and with partitions, and the control unit has a frequency converter of 20-40 kHz, high-voltage insulators are installed in pairs between the wall of the drying chamber and the partition, high-voltage insulators are installed in pairs, on which dielectric barrier layers with a metal mesh are fixed in pairs from top to bottom, connected to each other in parallel and with the first output of the high voltage source of the 20-40 kHz frequency converter, and guides in the form of metal corners with trays having a metal grid on the bottom, which are connected to each other through metal corners in parallel and with the second output of the high voltage source of the 20-40 kHz frequency converter, while the dielectric barrier layers and trays are made of food-grade plastic with a high dielectric strength of at least 20 kV/mm.

EFFECT: reducing the loss of the coolant and the drying time due to the use of combined drying of the beebread by introducing the heat of the ultrasonic field and ozone directly into the beebread layer.
