SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sealed heat-insulated tank and comprises a plurality of tank walls delimiting the inner space of the tank. Fastening and positioning part comprises: protruding element (62, 38, 15, 94, 102, 338) located between plurality of insulating blocks (8), clamping element (39, 65) fixed on the protruding element to press the above insulating blocks to the support wall, and positioning insert (64, 16, 25, 31, 44, 50, 93, 85, 99, 364). Insert is engaged with projecting element (62, 38, 15, 94, 102, 338) and is located between support wall and clamping element (39, 65). Positioning insert comprises thrust surface (5) facing upward in direction (100) of the support wall. Side surface (11) of insulating unit (8) rests against thrust surface (5) of positioning insert (64, 16, 25, 31, 44, 50, 93, 85, 99, 364), so that the positioning insert supports the side surface of the insulating unit at a predetermined distance from projecting element (62). Also disclosed is a vessel comprising a tank, a method of loading and unloading such a vessel, a system for transporting a cold liquid product comprising said vessel.
