FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a biological method for activation of black truffle spores, according to which spores of truffle mushrooms are obtained by mixing crushed fruit bodies of truffle mushrooms of the genus Tuber sp. with mashed potatoes. Obtained substance is used to feed gastropods of the genera Achatina sp. or Helix sp., as a result of which fermentation of asci of truffles takes place in the digestive tract of gastropods, damage to the protective shell of asci and release of spores, which are collected in animal excrements, are purified by washing with water and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Sprouting on solid nutrient microbiological media at temperatures from +23 °C to +25 °C for at least 10 days in conditions of high humidity of 50-85%.

EFFECT: invention provides activation of spore germination.
