FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for obtaining planting material of black truffle, according to which mushroom spores are obtained by mechanical grinding of a fruit body in a liquid, and sprouting is carried out at temperatures of 24-26 °C for at least 10 days in conditions of humidity increase of not less than 50%. Milling of the fruiting body of the fungus is carried out using a ball mill or using a combination of a grinder and a ball mill under conditions excluding heating of the spore suspension above 50 °C. Spores are cleaned by multiple washing and centrifugation of spore suspension in 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. Sprouting is carried out on solid nutrient microbiological media on glass slides with possibility of microscopic visual control.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining high purity of seed material.
