FIELD: massage techniques.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of performing manual therapy, and can be used to detect and correct reversible functional and structural disorders of the body through fasciopathy — mobilization, correction and restructuring of the fascial frame of the human body along the anatomical meridians. Dysfunctional areas are identified by alternately performing directed deformation of fascial tissues by means of mechanical effort and subsequent relaxation. The specified deformation is carried out by pressing on the skin with a perpendicular force of 0.2–0.3 N and creating tension in the fascia by shifting the pressure point by 0.5–1 cm by creating a longitudinal force without detaching from the skin. The dysfunctional area is determined with successive displacements in different directions, determining in which of them such a displacement requires the application of a longitudinal force of more than 0.3 N. Correction of the specified area is carried out by alternately shifting the pressure point in the direction of the dysfunctional area, fixing tissues in this position on 5–10 s, shifting the pressure point in the opposite direction, relaxing the tissue and changing the pressure point with a change in the direction of the shift.

EFFECT: method allows to improve fluid-exchange processes and mobility in tissues.
