SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for manual action on human body. Breast and abdomen are palpated to detect a painful region. Patient localizes the painful region by hand or two hands. Reflex connection of the detected painful region with cranial nerves is determined by manual muscle testing. Then one hand is placed on the exit point of the detected nerve, and the other hand is placed on the nearest section of the nerve passage in the body and pressing and stretching the skin along the nerve from the point of its output towards its location in body for 3–40 seconds with repetition of 3–5 times. By palpation, the painful region is again assessed. Further, the patient performs the cervical spine extension independently.

EFFECT: method provides organ recovery and pain relief.
