FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiotherapy, in particular to methods of manual exposure, and is intended for restoration of position and mobility of organs, blood circulation in them and lymphatic outflow. Sequentially performing: activation of arterial blood flow by grasping an organ and stretching movements, at the same time when the organs are located in the upper quadrants of the abdominal cavity, the stretching movements are directed to the pubis, and when the organs are located in the lower quadrants of the abdominal cavity—to the xiphoid process. Then the venous outflow is activated by pressing with one hand on the intersection of the right midclavicular line and costal arch with simultaneous compressing-releasing movements and low-amplitude movement of the organ with the other hand; activation of lymphatic outflow is carried out by alternate pressure with one hand on a projection of thoracic lymphatic duct, and with the other hand alternately on the right subclavian, left subclavian, right iliac and left iliac regions.
EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of visceral correction.
