FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing ceramic materials for use in radio electronic devices of various types and can be implemented in the production of ceramic capacitors. Set task is solved by the fact that ceramic material for making capacitors, including hollandite-like solid solution of composition KxFeyTi8-yO16, where x = 1.4–1.6, y = 1.4–1.6, according to the proposed technical solution, additionally contains aluminium oxide Al2O3, or chromium oxide Cr2O3, or a combination thereof, niobium oxide Nb2O5 and lithium fluoride LiF in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Al2O3 and Cr2O3 in total 1; Nb2O5 0.5–1.5; LiF 0.3–1.0; KxFeyTi8-yO16 is the rest. Optimum is composition in which hollandite-like solid solution of composition K1.6Fe1.6Ti6.4O16, as well as additives in an amount, wt.%: Al2O3 0.5, Cr2O3 0.5, Nb2O5 1.2, LiF 0.8.
EFFECT: obtaining ceramic capacitor material based on hollandite-like solid solution KxFeyTi8-yO16, with low sintering temperature, less than 1000 °C, having in the medium-frequency range (f ≈ 1 kHz) with high dielectric constant (ε > 6000) at low dielectric losses (tgδ < 0.05).
